The Princess Royal Training Awards 2020 evaluation was conducted remotely and looked at all aspects of Brother UK’s learning and development program, against three characteristics of excellence.
Brother UK has used its Employee Engagement Toolkit to demonstrate that learning and development is an integral part of the organization, is designed and delivered effectively and efficiently, and has an impact on the success of the organization. organization and its employees.
Launched in early 2016, the Employee Engagement Toolkit is a multi-device digital platform that gives 171 colleagues and their managers full access to their training and development portfolio, regardless of their location, and at their convenience aligned with the strategic objectives of the company.
There are now 121 training courses on digital skills development, 86 on leadership development, 51 on sales training and 59 on skills training, including well-being, stress management and coping. to change.
