We are seeking an experienced leadership and management learning and development professional with significant hands-on experience designing and delivering engaging, practical and cost-effective learning and development interventions. You will be able to confidently conduct leadership and management workshops both face-to-face and virtually.
You will be able to interpret the high-level drivers of our people plan to understand the skills required to implement the University’s strategy and work with our diverse community to understand the development needs of specific target audiences.
Your flexible style, your “positive attitude” and your ability to build strong collaborative relationships while being able to meet challenges are essential.
It is an exciting time to join our team, as we have just launched our new line manager development program, open to all line managers at the University. One of the responsibilities in this role is the facilitation and delivery of this program, alongside our many other workshops which are all being offered virtually right now.
This position is typically based at our bustling Highfield campus, although you may be required to work from home during the COVID-19 pandemic.
