Naswerkt, a temporary employment agency based in the Netherlands, announced the acquisition of Maxim Uitzendbureau (employment agency).
All of Maxim’s operations will continue under the NasWerkt name. The group added that all current customers and temporary workers have been personally informed about the resumption and what it means for them.
Richard Nas, Director of NasWerkt, said: “The acquisition of Maxim Uitzendbureau fits perfectly with NasWerkt’s growth ambitions.
NasWerkt now serves the labor market from 8 locations, with 43 internal employees. Together, the two companies expect to achieve a turnover of 30 million euros this year.
“The similarities between Maxim’s and NasWerkt’s working methods and integrity make the transition to the new name feel easier,” said Dave Baardman, Chief Operating Officer of NasWerkt. “We look forward to joining forces and continuing to work as one great NasWerkt. Current Maxim employees will now also be part of NasWerkt and continue in their roles. We believe it is important to keep these familiar faces for our clients and our temps. That way we keep it personal that way.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
