Unique, a Dutch employment agency part of RGF Staffing, announced that it had appointed Mandy Stevens Braun as CEO. Prior to her appointment, Stevens-Braun was Chief Commercial Officer of Graydon. Eric de Jong, CEO of parent company RGF Staffing, the appointment of Mandy Stevens is a major boost for Unique. “We can use his vast experience in the fields of management and commerce, but also in the field of data and ICT, to raise even more awareness of the digital translation of the brand, something that will receive a lot of attention in the coming period,” Stevens-Braun said.

The Association of Professional Staffing Companies has named Joanna Rice as the new Partner Success Manager. Rice brings with her previous experience in recruitment, having worked at a number of staffing companies and staffing providers, including Oleeo PLC, iProfile and Pulse Staffing. She will succeed Teri Etherington who will take on a new role as Talent Development Manager at APSCo, where she will support APSCo’s training services.

Smilen Valov, who has worked with Bulgaria’s National Employment Agency for more than 16 years, is the agency’s new executive director. Valov started his career at the Employment Agency as an expert. As a result of his successful career development, he joined the management of the agency. He has experience leading the Agency’s Directorate General for European Funds and International Projects.
